ASH Group Holdings would like to pay our respects to all Aboriginal people, both past and present and emerging throughout Australia. We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of County and their continued connection to land, sea and their communities.

We provide a number of services which include: the design and construction of indigenous sustainable homes that are culturally sensitive, providing project management services, an education program that is designed to help indigenous people enter the construction industry, providing employment and career opportunities. We are focused on addressing the major issues within indigenous community:
Housing, Education, Employment and Health.
How We Work
ASH Group Holdings are focused upon the needs of the communities we operate within. We create lasting assets that are beyond building and construction. Our consultation processes with community leaders allows us to develop Employment and Training specific programs that develop “Local People” to work on our Projects. The holistic approach we take creates better social outcomes for all involved and has a lasting effect on our communities long after the Projects we execute are completed.

To challenge the market in a collaborative approach in the way social and affordable housing is delivered within our communities, whilst always having sustainability and social outcomes at the forefront of our processes.

We will achieve this vision via our endeavour to ensure every aboriginal person in NSW has an equal opportunity to access housing, by ensuring we continue to provide support to a sustainable housing sector through accessible, culturally appropriate and affordable housing for the aboriginal communities of NSW.
Our Mission
- To Engage and educate young Indigenous people
using our mentorship program. - To work with communities to design and construct
culturally sensitive and sustainable homes. - Work with local communities to transition indigenous people
from our starter program into our trainee program. - To have trainees to go on and complete their apprenticeship.
- To encourage Indigenous people to start their own business
to service their local community.
